There is no process of kneading or mixing, you just need almost to put on what's inside. Here's how you do it:
• Put starch syrup and Japanese millet powder in the tray.
• Put soft candy on a wooden stick and add starch syrup.
• When you add hiehie powder, you just put it on at the end.
