  • Ingredients: Sugar, Soybean Oil, Garlic, Shallot, Dried Chili, Tamarind Juice, Fish Sauce (Anchovy Extract, Salt, Sugar), Salt, Dried Shrimp
  • Cooking instructions:
  1. Boil 3 cups of water and add 3tbsp of Maesri's Chili paste in soybean oil
  2. Stir well mixed and then add 5 torn kaffir lime leaves and 2 lemongrass
  3. While boiling, add 300g of shrimps, 250 g of mushrooms and 5 tbsp of fish sauce
  4. When shrimps are well cooked, add 5tbsp of lime juice and 6 bird's eye chilies 
  5. Garnish with coriander before serving
