  1. Boil Gosari for 20 mins then soak in cold water for 1 hour and wash
  2. Stir fry Gosari with Sesame Oil, Soy Sauce, Garlic, Salt, Shiitake Mushroom powder and a pinch of Pepper Powder for 30 seconds Mix
  3. Add one cup of water and let it boil
  4. When there seems to be less water, add scallion and sesame seeds
  5. Then once mixed, then is ready to be served!
