- Cooking Directions:
- Boil Gosari for 20 mins then soak in cold water for 1 hour and wash
- Stir fry Gosari with Sesame Oil, Soy Sauce, Garlic, Salt, Shiitake Mushroom powder and a pinch of Pepper Powder for 30 seconds Mix
- Add one cup of water and let it boil
- When there seems to be less water, add scallion and sesame seeds
- Then once mixed, then is ready to be served!
